We are a private practice, non-participating provider and not part of any insurance networks. We accept pay directly from the patient at a more affordable rate. We do accept third -party payers and A& A liens per personal injury claims. We do not accept insurance claims but encourage patients to pay out of pocket for our services. Insurance carriers may have provisions in policy to reimburse you for your PT services. For specific information regarding your benefits and coverage, contact your insurance carrier directly.
